1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Patriot Jobs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must provide accurate account information.
2. The service
Patriot Jobs provides tools for discovering job opportunities, organizing a job search, saving information, and tracking applications. Features, data sources, availability, and pricing may change as the service develops. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not share, sell, transfer, or create accounts through automated means.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid features, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel a renewing subscription before its next renewal date to avoid future charges.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
- scrape, crawl, copy, or access the service through unauthorized automated means;
- interfere with security, availability, rate limits, or other users;
- upload malicious code or content that infringes another person’s rights; or

You retain ownership of notes, preferences, and other content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide your content.
7. Job information and third parties
Job listings and company information may come from employers, public sources, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, available, legitimate, or suitable for you. We are not an employer, recruiter, or employment agency, and we do not control hiring decisions. Review opportunities independently before applying or sharing sensitive information.
8. Intellectual property
The service, branding, software, design, and original content provided by us are owned by Patriot Jobs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular employment outcome, or that errors will always be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Jobs and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
