If you purchase a paid plan, we receive transaction and subscription details from our payment provider; we do not intend to store full payment-card numbers.
We also collect limited technical information when you use the service, such as IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, requested pages, authentication events, and diagnostic logs. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the service, and understand basic usage.
2. How we use information

- provide job discovery, saved-search, tracking, note, and notification features;
- process subscriptions and maintain billing records;

We keep personal information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it was collected. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Patriot Jobs is operated from the United States. If you access the service elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
