The Kanban board shows where every active opportunity stands. Jobs move through Backlog, Interested, Applied, Interview, Offer, and Outcome.
Move a job forward
Drag a card to another column as your relationship with the opportunity changes. You may also open the card menu and choose a destination.
When a job reaches Outcome, record whether you accepted the job or the opportunity ended in rejection. Outcome cards remain available until you choose to remove accepted jobs, rejected jobs, or all completed jobs from that column.
Use funnels for separate goals
A funnel is a separate Kanban board for a role, specialty, or search goal. Your account begins with a default funnel.
Select the + beside the funnel tabs to create another funnel. You may reorder funnels, rename them from their tab, and delete a funnel you no longer need. When deleting a funnel that contains jobs, choose whether to move those cards to another funnel or ignore them.
Free accounts use the default funnel. Additional funnels are available with Pro.
Find a card quickly
Use the Filter field above the board to search its jobs by title or company.
Keep the board current
- Move a job to Applied as soon as you submit an application.
- Record interview timing and follow-up reminders in the job details.
- Use notes to capture decisions, contacts, and next steps.
- Mark jobs you do not plan to pursue as Not interested.
