1. Our approach
We may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning tools to make job-search information easier to understand and organize. AI is an assistive tool, not an authority. It does not replace your judgment, professional advice, or direct confirmation from an employer.
2. How AI may be used
AI-assisted features may help summarize or classify job listings, identify skills and requirements, compare opportunities with preferences you provide, detect patterns in job data, improve search relevance, or draft organizational content. We may also use automated systems to detect abuse and support service reliability.
3. Your information and AI providers
When an AI feature requires it, relevant content may be processed by a third-party AI service provider acting on our behalf. We aim to send only the information reasonably needed for that feature. Do not enter Social Security numbers, financial-account details, health information, confidential employer information, or other highly sensitive material into AI-assisted fields.
4. No automated employment decisions
Patriot Jobs does not hire candidates or make employment decisions on behalf of employers. AI-generated matches, scores, summaries, or suggestions are informational and should not be treated as a guarantee that you qualify for a role, will receive an interview, or will be hired.
5. Accuracy and bias
AI output can be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or wrong and may reflect limitations or bias in source data and models. Review important details against the original job listing and employer materials. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use AI-assisted output.
6. Human control
We design AI features to support user choice. Where practical, AI-assisted content will be identifiable by its context, and users should be able to review information before relying on it. We monitor and revise features as we learn more about their quality, limitations, and risks.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use AI-assisted features to violate law, infringe rights, deceive others, generate malicious content, make unlawful discriminatory decisions, or attempt to discover confidential system instructions or security controls.
8. Updates
AI technology and our use of it will evolve. We may update this page when providers, features, data practices, or safeguards materially change.
